Hutchinson 9/11 Memorial

Were getting closer.  All the bricks are in place.  Lighting is done.   The two towers are poured.  The  steel beam is set.  We are just waiting on the granite.  Dedication service planned for June 2nd 2pm.  Hope to see everyone there.

Too Close For Comfort

Too Close For Comfort On April 8th 2010, Brush units from Hutchinson were asked to assist a nieghboring fire district for help on a large grass fire.  Among the 650 acres of CRP that got burnt, Brush 61 got a little crispy.  After being stuck in the mud, the fire came closer and closer.  Personnel on the unit tried to fight off the flames but quickly ran out of water Read More...
